Trellis enhances your workout experience by providing real-time audio guidance throughout your session. It keeps you on track by announcing the number of repetitions, rest intervals, and tempo counts, fostering a level of focus akin to that of a personal trainer. This structured approach not only amplifies the intensity of your workouts but also contributes to more significant progress over time.

Time is Muscle

Many of us have experienced the disruption of our workouts due to momentary distractions, leading to a loss of intensity. These interruptions can often stem from checking our phones or engaging in conversations, resulting in wasted time and diminished effort. Re-establishing momentum after such distractions can prove challenging, often leading individuals to abandon their routine altogether.

How Does Trellis Work?

Trellis combines the benefits of a guided workout with the flexibility of fully customizable routines, distinguishing it from conventional prerecorded options. After you create your workout plan, simply launch your favorite music app and open Trellis. By pressing start, you'll receive audio prompts indicating when to assume your position, how many reps to perform, and when to begin. Additionally, the option to incorporate a tempo guide for each repetition is available. Following each set, an automatic rest period initiates, seamlessly allowing you to repeat this process.

At the end of each workout session, Trellis automatically logs your exercises and schedules them on your calendar, enabling you to track your accomplishments over time.
